Open Studios for 6+
Use Theo's art supplies and do your own project! Or, we will have a project displayed as an option to inspire you.
Ages: Anyone ages 6+. Students may be dropped off and checked in.
Cost: $5 per session
On Your Own: Open Studio projects are up to you and are not taught. However, a studio teacher will be there to supervise, help with supplies, and answer any questions you may have.
Days & Times: Fridays 5:30-6:30 pm. Online registration is required.
Materials: Students will have access to quality art materials and art paper, including:
• Acrylic paint
• Oil pastels
• Watercolor paint
• Chalk pastels
• Tempera Paint
• Markers
• Colored pencils
• collage materials
Requirements:
You Are Responsible for Clean-Up: Students are responsible for tidying up their art area before leaving (put away markers, rinse out cups, etc). Respect for all materials, teachers, and others is a must. We are not a "make a mess and we will clean it up" studio. We want the students to take pride in their artwork and studio space.
Reservations: To ensure that artists have enough room to create, a reservation is required. Click on the "Register" link on this page to register. If you decide to come without a reservation and there is space, of course you can join! However, if space is maxed out, you will not be able to participate during that time slot. You may reserve your time/days one week ahead. If you make a reservation and need to cancel, please call or email us. There also may be times when we have private parties and certain open studio times may be closed for registration.
